Little Sioux is the "house decaf" for Council Oak. All decaf drinks ordered in our cafes are created with this coffee. It is a naturally water-processed decaffeinated coffee. Little Sioux proves that high-quality green coffee, sustainable farming practices, natural processing methods, and artisan roasting can create incredible flavor. This coffee is mild and sweet with a smooth mouthfeel.
