Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Council Oak Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee and café supplies with a seamless shipping and delivery experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and options, with specific benefits for Guests, Citizens, and Council Members.



Membership Tiers

  • Guests: Customers without a Council Oak account login.
  • Citizens: Customers with a Council Oak account login who have not signed a Council Member agreement. Citizens can be either shipping or delivery customers.
  • Council Members: Customers with a Council Oak account login who have signed a Coffee Agreement and use our coffee in their business. Council Members can be either shipping or delivery customers.


Shipping

Order Processing Time:


  • Orders must be placed at least one business day before the desired shipping date. 
  • Orders received by 11:00 AM CST typically ship the same day. 
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will ship the next business day. 

Please allow extra time for orders including flavored coffee, as these require 24 hours to set before grinding and packaging.


Estimated Delivery Time:


  • Within our service area: Typically 1 business day after shipping.
  • Outside our service area: Typically 2-3 business days after shipping.


Shipping Costs:


  • Guests: Full shipping costs, are calculated and charged at checkout.
  • Citizens: 50% of standard shipping costs, calculated and charged at checkout or applied to the invoice and paid on terms.
  • Council Members: $10 flat rate per order.


Other Shipping Details:

  • Delivery to PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (for Shipping): There are no minimum order quantities for shipping orders.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available upon request and will be quoted ahead of billing.



Delivery


Delivery Service Area:


We offer delivery service to select areas. Please contact us to confirm if your location is within our delivery zone.


Delivery Orders:


  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
  • Order Deadline: Delivery orders must be placed by 11:00 AM on the business day before your designated delivery day. For example, if your delivery day is Wednesday, your order must be placed by 11:00 AM on Tuesday. 
    Or if your delivery day is Monday, it must be placed by 11am on Friday.

Minimum Order Quantity for Delivery: The minimum order quantity for delivery is $300. Orders will be shipped if they’re under $300 or placed after the deadline and charged according to your membership tier.


Delivery Costs:


  • Citizens: $10 flat rate for delivery.
  • Council Members: Free delivery.

Order Modifications and Cancellations


  • To add items to a shipping order, please place an additional order online. We will combine these items with your existing order when possible. 
  • To remove or reduce an item, please contact us at [email protected] or call 712-899-5437. 
  • Orders placed outside our wholesale dashboard (i.e., text and emails) are not guaranteed to be fulfilled within the listed timeframes. Submitting orders through our wholesale dashboard ensures timely fulfillment and delivery.


Order Fulfillment

Orders will be fulfilled as submitted.

If we make an error, we will correct it at no cost to you.
