Conti ACE 1 Group 110V Espresso Machine

The Conti ACE is a precision-engineered, single-group espresso machine designed to bridge the gap between high-end domestic brewing and professional niche venues. At its core, the ACE features a sophisticated Multi Boiler, Triple Heat Zone system. This setup utilizes independent PIDs for the coffee boiler and group head, fed by preheated water from the steam boiler. This ensures that every shot is pulled with surgical temperature stability, regardless of the coffee's origin or roast profile.

To enhance extraction quality, the machine incorporates a Soft Pre-Infusion system that mimics the gentle saturation of classic lever machines. By fully saturating the coffee puck under controlled low pressure, the ACE delivers a more consistent extraction with a noticeably heavier body and improved mouthfeel. Despite its compact footprint, it remains "small but mighty," packing a 2.75L steam boiler and a 0.9L coffee boiler with a flexible power management system to suit various electrical setups.
